Where is my order?
Once your order has been placed, we’ll need 1–3 business days to carefully process and prepare it for shipment. Delivery within Canada typically takes 6–8 business days. If this time has passed and you haven’t received your package, our support team is happy to help. Just reach out to us here.
Where can I find my tracking information?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll automatically receive an email with your personal Track & Trace link. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder in case it ends up there. Please allow a little time for the tracking link to become active after receiving it.
How do I track my delivery?
Tracking your order is easy. Just use the Track & Trace code provided in your confirmation email. Head to our Track Your Order page and enter your code to view real-time delivery updates.
